Spring to early summer (March–June) is ideal — clear skies, blooming rhododendrons, and moderate temperatures. Autumn (September–November) offers equally spectacular weather with the clearest mountain views. Winter (December–February) brings heavy snow, making the pass challenging. The monsoon (July–August) is not recommended due to slippery trails and leeches.
