Service Fulfillment Policy

1. What We Sell

We sell group tours, treks and cycling expeditions (services, not physical goods). Nothing is shipped — all fulfilment is booking confirmation and on-tour service delivery.

2. How & When You Receive Confirmation

• Instant on-page confirmation the moment your advance payment is verified.
• Written confirmation with booking reference on email and WhatsApp within 24–48 hours of payment.
• Full joining details (reporting point and time, packing list, permits checklist) at least 7 days before departure.

3. Prices & Payment

• All prices are in INR (₹). Online advances are collected securely via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking). Guests outside India may pay the advance in US dollars (USD) through PayPal.
• The balance tour price, shared at confirmation, is payable by the communicated deadline.

4. Service Delivery

• Services (stays, transport, meals, support crew, activities) are delivered on the tour dates stated on the tour page.
• If we cancel a departure, you choose a full refund (5–7 business days to source) or a free reschedule.
